How horrible to realize that I've neglected my little blog page for so long.  Here it is, Thursday again and it seems like forever.

It's finally Thursday

And honestly, I have no idea why I would be thankful for it to be Thursday but for some reason it seems like such a relief that I made it this far this week.

I am doing this as a post because, well, honestly I don't know how else to do it.

Will we ever thaw out?

Really I'm just popping in here to voice my concerns over whether or not we will actually ever thaw out here in our little corner of Wyoming.  Just when we see a little glimmer of hope in the form of "mud" it is quickly swept away with a new dusting of snow.

Mailed Inspiration

Today I received a little packet in the mail from Audry and Liza, friends from Ravelry.  What a fun little package of buttons and a beautiful handmade card from Liza.  Audry chose the items for me and had them sent.  Fun!  I love getting mail, especially when it is not a bill!
So, here is where the inspiration comes in.

A normal day

I often wonder what a normal day is or is supposed to be.  How does one classify a day as being normal?

I was supposed to clean out the guest room this weekend.  Good thing I started on it on Friday because that is as far as that went.  I never even went back down to the basement at all this weekend.

Instead the weekend was filled with crocheted chicky-birds (chickens)
